POS Test Retakes

I am offering my 8th graders the opportunity to retake
the POS test on Tuesday, August 23rd at lunch. This
will be the only retake time and it is only available to
students who scored 14 or lower.

HW: Complete POS Frame and study!

Tuesday
-Binder Reminders

-Practice Parts of Speech (examples and identification)
HW: study for POS Test

Wednesday
CHANGE!!!! NO TEST TODAY
-Five Start of Writing (see Classroom page)
HW: STUDY FOR POS TEST

Thursday
CHANGE!!!! PARTS OF SPEECH TEST
-Read "7th Grade" by Gary Soto
HW: Finish reading "7th Grade" and complete
questions 2, 4, and 5 on p. 26 of your lit book

Friday
-Correct POS Test
-Collect 7th Grade HW
-Introduce the Elements of Storytelling(Narratives)
HW:Grammar Lesson 10.1 (pp 178-180)
